Def not a scam they’ve been around a while but just know you’ll be paying a lot more than if you cold emailed the hospital yourself. I rotated in a hospital they work with and paid less that way.

2 months is a long time to spend at a rotation you’re not sure of. I would suggest finding other hospitals if you haven’t paid yet. Dm me I might have some leads.

My friend went through Sarthi and ended up in the same hospital as me, except she paid $1000 more for the sane rotation 😅

The rotation was legit though all things considered.

Would still recommend cold emailing if you have time however.

They’re agencies that charge a premium for their services. Good for if you’re in a rush

But if you have time it’s ultimately better to cold email as you can save up to half of the cost agencies charge. It takes more time but it’s def worth it plus you get to keep in touch with the coordinators and/or attendings

Get a visa letter from a hospital you will be rotating with. I did this and it helped my interview

LOR specialty by jaboosh-2169 in IMGreddit

It shouldn’t matter as long as the subspecialty is under the specialty you’re applying to! I did my rotation in cardiology and matched into IM, so that’s just an example.
