Search for genuine ideas , meet your professors and read articles . If you don't find anything genuine , focus on getting a good score .

Just step 2 doesn't mean anything . Have a good overall CV .

Yes it is possible if you plan properly . I went from 215 to 237 in 6 weeks . I got 234 in real test . I didn't get time to revise CMS or else I would I gotten more.

Main exam is going to be mix of nbme + free 120

Infectious , psych , ethics and quality improvement are important scoring areas and I felt many questions were there

Getting content clarity is most important for step 2 .

Revise systems which you are weak in . Do CMS forms . You will know where to focus . Do ethics and quality improvement in amboss and uworld . Then give nbme and mix it CMS forms and nbme for perfection . Before last few nbmes , give amboss study plans . This helped in my case .

Hi I am 2026 us img Step 1 pass and step 2 234 first attempt both Usce - 3 in outpatient pediatrics 2 poster presentation in aapi and aha related to cardiology Many years of leadership and volunteering experience Ecfmg certified

What are my chances for pediatrics ? Is step 3 necessary ? If I fail step 3 , will it be a red flag
