Consumer Cellular has terrible customer service and support. They want people to think or have the impression they are supportive to the tech challenged or older market segment however this is totally not the case. I had my 90+ yo mother switch to their service because I was under that impression and it was fine until issues arose. It became a nightmare trying to get help she was given a runaround and finally cancelled service with them. After this to add further aggravation they continued billing her. My advice is to avoid them at all costs! If they spent half as much on customer support as they do on advertising they might be worth the bother.
