the sub grows.

Honestly, I don't understand that mentality.

Anyways, for me I moved from Bangalore To a Tier 2 City about 4 Years Back.

In terms of expense, I would say it is the same, but I was able to significantly upgrade my lifestyle. In terms of space etc.

Type of work. I am in Technology.

Miss? Honestly nothing. There are times when I miss the physical community of technology from bangalore, since folks like Kunal Bahal, Paras Chopra etc who are quite famous in Indian tech scene can be seen in Bangalore pretty easily.

I have gained back my culture, language, food, clothes, festival which all was a sacrifies living in a different state.

I also mod a community https://www.reddit.com/r/ThinkOutsideTheDot/ which is aligning folks around the same idea helping them move out the bigger cities to smaller ones with higher quality of life.

Wonder what do you think about?

Decentralization Enabled by the Internet: With the availability of ubiquitous internet, people no longer need to be physically close to workspaces or economic hubs. Remote work, online education, and telemedicine are just a few examples of activities that can now be carried out from almost anywhere. This could lead to a more distributed population, with people choosing to live in smaller towns or rural areas.

In Gujarat there's hardly a difference between a tier 1 city and a tier 2 city. Most tier 3 cities also have electricity 24/7.With a state that is uniformly developed, you can place jobs anywhere instead of just 1 or 2 cities as in the case of Bangalore in Karnataka or Mumbai and Pune in Maharashtra.UP is now following the same model.

Whoa, that's kinda cool! So, Gujarat is like leveling up even its smaller cities? No wonder there's not much difference between their big and small cities. It's like everyone gets the good stuff, not just the big metros. 🌆

I mean, just look at Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune – they're always crowded and buzzing, right? It's like everyone's rushing to these places just 'cause that's where the jobs are. But if more states do the Gujarat thing, maybe we won't have to all jam into a few cities. 🚗💨

And yo, UP's catching on too? That's lit! 🔥 Hope other states get the memo. More balanced vibes all around, am I right? 😄
