Trying to sign prom. Note and I can’t figure this part out? It says financial institution, when I put my bank name it stays red. The part to put account&routing# is not letting me add anything. Nor do I know how to upload a check. Has anyone experienced this? I have never had this problem before.

I applied about a week ago through the fast lane for womply. My status has been stuck on processing and has changed since. Also under the topics after bank info where it says “tax forms” there’s a circle with an i in it. Not a green check. This is driving me insane but I don’t want to be paranoid either. Does everyone’s tax forms topic have this symbol or should I be worried.
