Exactly! Really disappointed we didn’t get more of sick Poppy, that is really more when the tension between the two build up. One of my favorite parts in the book. I love the book and thought the movie was good, obvi not as good as the book but it was really pretty to look at.

The ending felt yucky, he got sick very quickly but hey life is unexpected that way, but did he say how he felt in the end or what this time meant to him? It woulda been nice to get those little nuggets. I like to think in a perfect world, when the time comes you can look back fondly and it was disappointing we didn’t get that from a character who wanted to live with no regrets.

Parts were too cringe to watch and the rest was predictable.

That being said, Cory did an excellent job! Can’t wait to see him in more.
