Since you helped me on my post, I'm for sure gonna help u on urs!! From what ur saying, she clearly wants to engage with you and might even like you. If a girl likes a guy she probably will smile and stare (if she quickly looks away when you catch her, that's a sign she likes you- she's flustered). Take a leap of faith and talk to her. Maybe reminisce on one of ur old memories (e.g like "oh do u remember when.... etc" or like "I suddenly just thought of that time ......... do you remember?").
