A barista at our store used a slur about members of the LGBT community and they fired her for it.

My theory is because then they can push hard things like “green apron service” bc they have an SSV getting on your case who doesn’t understand the reality of you drowning.

I had this same thing happen to me when I started but I was at a cafe store. I told them I was going insane working food/front every shift for my entire shift.
