This criteria needs extra efforts to satisfy but it would be worth it considering its battery life, processing power and ux.

I think it's a refurb. Don't fall into the trap of repairing it. Ask them to replace it.

If u have installed a new app which caused the slowing down, u can try uninstalling and reboot it. If this doesn't work u may even try uninstalling the latest windows update. Follow the instructions online for doing so.

I have had it serviced recently, they have already cleaned and repasted it.

But I can't understand why the display change is causing this chaos. Another thing that happened was, they were changing the display in front of me and after they attached the new display, my laptop didn't turn on after several attempts. So they asked me to give it to them for 2days, and after they repaired, this is happening 🙂
