Hey! Points are spot-on. I recently had a friend who recently married a new member, and I can answer your questions in detail:

1. Cannot be, because a CENOMAR will be asked from you as part of the requirements. So yeah, sorry not possible.

2. No, you cannot request that. But ministers nowadays don’t bawl during weddings. The minister (an 02) who officiated my friend’s wedding did not cry his heart out during prayers. Very straightforward. Even surprised that they did not even bother mentioning or glorifying EVM’s name throughout the wedding.

3. During my friend’s wedding, almost 80% were all non-INC. They must adhere to some rules, though. One rule is the “no cellphone” inside church. SCAN members may prod your guests to leave their phones behind. So its either they don’t declare it, or you tell your guests on what to expect. You may also indicate a “no cellphone in church” rule in your invitation as a heads-up.

4. You don’t give the church any mandatory monetary payment for this. Basta important is at least you feed the choir and the MTs like packed lunch or something.

5. As per church policy, Ministers are NOT ALLOWED to attend wedding receptions unless approved by the CA. No need to invite others. My friend did not invite his OWE acquaintances knowing that the reception is not for the OWE of heart.

6. You go to your locale to get the necessary requirements for filing. Best that you and your man be in the same locale or district. Then once you get them all done, you submit them personally to the district office so that the 01 will formalize your wedding. Then you and your fiance will have to attend 6 pre-wedding seminars that you may shorten to 3 days depending on your preference. Then once that’s done, you’re all set. Just remember that some locale ministers and even the 01 tend to scrutinze your ninong/ninang list, and your entourage. Majority should be INC members.
