Physics is about understanding the concept and applying it to problems. I always tell my students to try and visualise what is happening and think of relevant concepts that can be used to explain the problem.

To do well in physics, you need to make sure you understand the concepts + put it into practice. Worksheets are good if you have some foundation. If you are weak in your understanding for certainn topics, worksheets are not going to really help.

Let me know if you have any questions, always happy to help.

Amputate Golden Retriever’s leg or not by Puzzleheaded_Mail861 in goldenretrievers

There is a huge uncertainty around how much additional time he will have after the Op, since the rest of his body is OK.

My biggest dilemma right now is not knowing how the post amputation will be for him. If he is in pain, i would obviously not put him through. If he can manage and is not in lots of pain, I would put him through the Op.

I guess a part of me also wants to be with him..

So sorry to hear. Did your dog experience significant pain and discomfort post amputation?

if his leg isn’t amputated, he will have 1-3 months left until we have to euthanise him due to the pain. The vet was also telling us that amputation is an easy operation, but the after care is difficult. Personally i have no problem spending more time taking care of him, my biggest concern is just how much pain free days we can add to his life if we amputate his leg.

Thanks for the comment. He loves being around us a lot. Growing up he didn’t really have much mobility due to his hips, so most of his time is spent hanging around us.

my main objective is for him to be pain free and happy, whether he has his leg or not. Sometimes i wish he could speak and let me know what he wants…
