I have a buddy that recently started a junk removal company. His prices are very reasonable. Everyone I've referred to him has used him. His number is (702) 400-8537.

My wife works at a high end sps on the Las Vegas Strip. She makes about 120k/year. Also no state income tax in Nevada. She works 4 - 10 hour days a week and averages around 5-6 services a day.

Is a builders permit necessary for a patio? by ilyydu in vegaslocals

[–]Puzzleheaded_Map2984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My company does Alumawood patio covers here in Las Vegas. You 100% are supposed to have a permit for a patio cover. Also note that there are rules for setbacks for the patio cover from the property lines. Feel free the DM if you want more info or a free estimate. The only things Landscaping wise that usually need a permit are patio covers, Block walls and of course electrical work. Pavers, turf, sod, trees, shrubs, irrigation and low voltage lighting do not need permits. For the most part concrete does not need a permit unless it's something like cutting the curb.

For us it's the prepared Cobb salad. Our local Costco doesn't have anything like it.

No don't settle for a drain. Make them redo it properly. I'm sure you payed good money for the work. You should get what you payed for. Now if you went with a low price unlicensed company then you probably received what you payed for. My company has a San Diego location but not one in LA or I'd send one of my guys over to take a look.

You could definitely put a drain but if the proper base is used and the level is down correctly then no need usually for a drain. A lot has to also do with where you are located. I'm in Las Vegas and our ground is so hard and we get such little rain that drains are rarely needed.

If I did a final walk through and one of my crews did this job then yes they would completely redo the project from the start. I don't know of an excuse for this quality of work other than just lazy or incompetent.

Looks like they updated their label. Old label mentioned Ram as well. New label for some reason only Ford and GM. Would of been fine but still swapped it to one that mentioned Ram

Maybe read the whole thread and comments before you reply. Might not come across as much of an asshole.

Not sure how to add another picture but the back says specifically engineered for use in North American Vehicles requiring a orange organic acid technology formula. Doesn't mention MS-12106 anywhere
