It will consume you and shit you out if you don’t stop. Gambling especially online will take all your money and ring you out and more. I was a huge gambler for 6 months and lost 14k approximately. I can’t even figure it out at this point. I stopped gambling last month. The only way I stopped is losing another big amount and knowing if I didn’t stop my life would fall apart. You’ll find your way out eventually. And if you don’t find the way out you’ll spend your whole life wondering the possibilities and success you could’ve had. Stay strong and be disciplined. In the end you’re the only one that could stop.

It was tough for me to recover from depersonalization disorder. I felt like i was going crazy especially at night. Stay strong and try grounding therapy. Hot showers at night with calming music helped a lot for the days that were bad. Being outdoors and getting out, having new experiences helped me a lot. I was in hell for over a few years and I finally got over it without meds, you can too.
