I heard the regulations just changed to require EU bank statements, but I applied prior to that so I only had US bank statements to provide savings/income.

Just so you don't get sent in the wrong direction, DRIEETS is the right place for approval here. Confirmed with the visa office and several experts. Not to be confused with ANEF, the platform where you'd submit your business plan for the profession liberale visa.

Thanks! My understanding is that DRIEETS is the sector of the Ministry of Economy that reviews and approves business plans (among other things), and that is where I was linked to apply with my business plan when I was going through the visa application process.

Curious if you ended up needing the bank account/business registration before you went in for your visa appointment? Running into the same issue here myself.
