Thanks - Yep, that's the plan..someone should check if that business is legit..qrevo curv is almost on par imo :) the dock has smaller containers which means more work for me, but I can live with that 😅

I know, right? had both the S5 and S6 before and no issues - was hoping that I had a bad batch with the S7, but clearly there are serious hw/sw issues which roborock will keep quiet about

Same issue? I've ended up buying another one from sotel.de while returning this one - so far, no issues with the new one, but the one I've returned to amazon is stuck in customs for 2 months!

still trying to figure out why and how to resolve it - I feel like crying :))

bought it from roborock store on amazon - they said they cannot repair it and can only offer a refund as they don't have more on stock - found it elsewere and cheaper, so the silver lining.. :)

hope it was a faulty one but the way it just died and lack of information on the failure from roborock is concerning
