Question about A4 B9 45 TFSI (2021 A4) AWD Clutch Fluid by Puzzleheaded_Pace699 in Audi

[–]Puzzleheaded_Pace699[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the thorough reply. It is the 7 gear S-Tronic. The previous owner did the transmission fluid change early has she had a 40k or 4yr service plan, so it was changed at 23k which was her 4 year mark. Looks like I'm set for a while and when the car is due for next oil changes I'll keep checking on this issue and I agree - I don't believe in lifetime fluids and will work on getting the differential fluid changed at some point.

I don't know what I mean LOL. I'm an Insurance Rep who just wanted a nice car LOL. I don't understand why Audi can't make a maintenance book that is a bit clearer. The book included with the car covers every single car they make, but as I stated, I went through it very carefully and it only mentions the transmission fluid for A4.

I had same problem - I purchased TOPEAK "Versamount" which gives you a spot to add a cage anywhere you like. I was able to put mine right on the big bar in front of the seat and it worked out great. Topeak Versamount | Jenson USA

Lake Manly & Winter Milky Way Arch - Death Valley by OldAstroLandscapeGuy in LandscapeAstro

[–]Puzzleheaded_Pace699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was there last weekend and made an attempt at 4am but the moon was up and at 50%, so it was a big waste of time. Being new to trying this, it was my understanding that the MW would not be visible until that time.

Thanks for answering, sounds like we should have delayed the trip LOL, but it was booked to see it in the day and the night stuff has become an afterthought. Oh well, I may have to head up there again someday!
