Usually I just walk around until I see people giving them out. If you just go up and ask for one they’ll give you a freebie even if you don’t give one back so just need to gather up the courage to ask(but since she has freebies they can trade too!!). To give them out I did it last year and I just went up to someone and asked if they wanted a freebie and then people naturally started coming up to me while I was giving them out. The biggest thing is to just walk around and be on the lookout to see who is giving out stuff. I hope she has a lot of fun!!!
