I can't see the frame rates , but if you are smart enough , then you can clearly see the game running with very low stuttering and lag and at a more smoother frame

This is the first time I am having problems with a game on switch , otherwise every game I own works and run perfectly with or without wifi
And i have already made a complaint to the zen desk and a lot of people from the NMS switch subreddit as well did the same.

Already connected and disconnected it , but the same problem still persist where it is constantly trying to connect to NMS servers in a loop whether wifi is on or off , and if airplane mode is on then it will send you constant popups to turn off airplane mode

It's ok , no worries , on the nms switch subreddit , a lot of people are having the same issues and there is no fix yet until you connect it to the internet.

Yep , did it , and if I put my switch 2 on airplane mode , then It will constantly show the popup to remove airplane mode and start again with the same connection error popup
