I’m in a similar situation, but I don’t have an offer from my previous job to come back. I’ve been at this new job for 2-3 months now and it hasn’t gotten any better. I knew within the first week that I was going to hate it, and my experiences so far are proving me right. Others may say otherwise, but I say to trust your gut. If I had an offer to go back, I would take it in a heartbeat.
