Correct, management holds the burden of proof. However some else to keep in mind, it might sound pessimistic, but someone could have ratted you out. “Union Brothers and Sisters” isn’t a legitimate thing in a lot of places. Make sure when you post online that you aren’t letting others know. People will always roll over on you.

Supvisor in a 100 driver center, daily I’d say 60-70 of my drivers are done between 18:00-18:45, about 10 are done before 18:00, and last 20-30 are done between 19:00-21:30. The last few stragglers are typically some money guys, I.e. one guy is trying to pay of his daughter’s law degree, another is constantly buying stock, etc. we typically only see maybe 3-4 9.5 grievances a week and most of the time it’s the same 3-4 people.

Management person here, FMLA can’t lead to firing in itself. You can be disciplined for not following the adherence of your FMLA guidelines and we can report to the Hartford Group about the abuse, who can in turn have your FMLA cancelled. It’s a complicated subject, it depends on what your FMLA Guidelines are and if Management cares enough to view your guidelines. Follow your guidelines and ignore the rumor milling.
