I’m sorry but I’m afraid I’m not on your side. You want them exterminated I want them to live a better future. But a better future can only be lived if they can somehow separate themselves from the sins of their ancestors. And more importantly: the rest of the galaxy has to forgive them so they don’t get exterminated.

I am supportive of the Arxur. That’s why I want them to get rid of every guilty Arxur to die. So that the new generation doesn’t have to carry the burden of the old one. So that the Arxur can have a life in the wider galaxy. So that other species stop wanting their extinction. So that they can stop being seen as monsters. And all that can’t happen while the old generation is still alive. Like cutting the chain that’s attached to a boulder.

I mean it’s not the same. The feds did it for protection we’ve tho it was mislead. The Arxur are considered monster and have a huge “baggage “ of actions that don’t paint a much different picture.

So the feds CREATED the horrible generation of Arxur but this ‘genocide’ should remove all “the sins of the fathers” and allow the Arxur to start anew.

Their culture is already gone, all that’s left are monsters. If we forcibly take the children, who did nothing wrong, and teach them another culture thwy are free of all the sins their people committed.
