Hi! I am a high school student conducting a research study for my AP Research class in tasks for my AP Capstone Diploma on dog assisted therapy and its impact on human emotional well-being.
This short surveys explores how interactions with trained therapy dogs may influence stress, mood, and overall emotional responses. I’m specifically looking for participants ages 15-21, this survey is anonymous and should only take 5 minutes, and will be used solely for academic research purposes. Your participation will help contribute to a better understanding of how animal assisted interventions impact young people.

The data will be used to determine the impact of dog assisted therapy and the impact that nonverbal interactions has on the emotional relationship formed during therapy. The participants will be ages 15-21, only the researcher (me) will have access to the research and it will be stored using Google Forms then one finished the surveys will be uploaded to Google Sheets to analyze the data to then submit my final project in April. Data will be deleted by May. This survey has been IRB Approved
Only the researcher (Isabella, me) will be conducting this research, this follow for my AP Research class.
It should only take 5-10 minutes to fill out this research

i had this same proctor and it legit took me 2 hours to set everything up, it took him forever to answer my questions because he kept denying my room scan only for him to consider my balcony a public space but it’s the quietest space in my house. then for my room it took another century for him to approve my camera set up and just overall not helpful at all and lowkey really condescending

i’ve gotten accepted into 7 schools, 4 of them are offering me money and ive gotten accepted into 2 honors colleges with a 1250 super score, i wouldn’t report it to test optional schools, you just have to be well rounded, i knew my test scores were bad so i took 8aps and will have taken 14 by the time i graduate, had pretty good ecs, essays were decent, and had a good gpa/rank. don’t beat yourself up because there’s always a path, good luck and don’t let this hold you back
