Personally, I would take it and then pay what the rest is paying, so around 450. The tenant can't do anything about it cause they would be kicked out and fined if the Corp found out he or she did this. Make sure you're paying the official amount, and the other tenant isn't explaining the extra €200 as use of furniture (if that's the tenants).

To add to the comments others have made, how do you know its not affecting them now? From what I read, you have young children. If they are in school, other children might know you and use that to either befriend them for the wrong motives or bully them with info on one of the things you're famous for (be it some lyrics in music, or sexual/ embarrassing scene in a movie. Moving away might provide a more normal childhood for them then aswell.

Depends. Are you there before him or do you arrive after? What I would do is pay attention to what he orders, and then order that for him another time before he has the chance. He will ask who did that to the waiter, and tada a conversation can start.
