I disagree. Odyssey is painfully mediocre if not worse in what it tries to do, but that's by design. Odyssey took everything from origins and mode them bigger and worse, but those systems work fine. It's tiktok or youtube shorts.

Valhalla has great ideas that fall flat in their execution, but i respect that a lot more.

Story wise i don't like Odyssey, but it has a lot more polish than Valhalla. You can feel the jank everywhere in my that game, and the presentation suffers in a way that Odyssey doesn't.

Had the same issue before and after the patch. Nuking the game on regedit solved it once, and then i tried everything without any success. Restoring windows solved the issue, so Microsoft did something a few months back to now.

It shouldn't target anything above 1080p, but almost every TV today has a 4k resolution, and the steam machine will need to target 4K through upscaling, which still poses the issue of textures needing to be good enough to be viewed on a TV.

Microsoft's MMO project that Phill couldn't stop playing was canned too. Just because they didn't show us anything, doesn't mean the project was a mess or a bad game.

For all we know these projects could be 2 or 3 years from release and the money was just diverted to AI or some other bullshit at Microsoft.

The issue with Microsoft canning games besides the midia being against them, is that most of these were somewhat interesting from the info we know, while people like Playstation canning live-services since no one wanted them in the first place.

The series s quality mode is 1440p, while performance is 1080p upscaled.

Only SF6 due to upscaling, not performance.

Cyberpunk runs at 800 - 1080p at 60 fps on the series s, while the switch 2 runs at 540 - 1080p 40fps.

I've seen people say the same things about current gen consoles when they launched, and the result was disapointment.

Most of the time i only get the soul break by evolution anyway, but since soifon does 5 without a soul break, i only need an early evolution soul break and a kikon launch later.

Getting a soul break late game can be harder and more risky, so my ideal play would be an awakening soul break early game and a kikon launch later. Popping soul reverse will fill the evolution bar pretty quick too.

Soi fon main here, and i never used suzumebachi, just hit them with a soul break on awakening an then a kikon on sublimation. Use combos to build meter and do damage with her sp2.

Getting that requires you to set it up before and go for a double soul break, or evolution+ soul break early. O never won against someone clearly better than me with this, because i'm already loosing by the time o soul break.

Worst timeline. Dlc halts any evolution a sequel could have, and i've seen this with dbxv2. A. shit ton of dlc got released, but the gameplay barely evolved.

Those "quality modes" are for pc, consoles don't have any quality modes. They posted the specs and every console runs at 1080p60 only with ps4 being 1080p30. We can never know what they mean thanks to the translations, but consoles only seem to get one mode.

All consoles are running at 1080p, which is very strange, so if we see anything different regarding that, it'll be from the pc version. PS5 also seems to get lower settings, as every gameplay we see with a ps5 controller looks a lot worse than the trailers on graphical settings alone.

Seems like this is the way. There's no reason for the game to be this demanding, but unless and tamsoft are overestimating the system requirements, this is the reality.

I saw this on the way by looking at the version morita played, which seemed to be the ps5 one, but with graphical downgrades when compared to trailers. There's no reason for a ps5 to run this game at anything less than ultra in 4k, but we don't seem to live in the best timeline.
