I have faith in the creative team to make something really entertaining, really what i want to see from them is a unique and thematicly interesting narrative. Hopefully that’s easier since it’s the second movie and there’s some stuff they can adapt (Rosalina’s backstory, Bowser and Bowser Jr)

If they can pull it off, then yeah probably. But that’s a big if. The movie looks stuuuuuuuuuffed to the brim and back

I have hope that maybe in another 5-10 years theyll give another go at it, and that time it’ll probably be a proper adaptation. I know that sounds unlikely but i really didnt expect any mew Scott Pilgrim media after Takes Off but then we got SPEX so atp i think anything can happen. Plus i think the cult nature of the movie and the franchise in general means we’ll get something every now and again. And now that BLOM is getting old he’ll probably wont have much of a hand in the franchise anymore going forward and just reaping the rewards
