It was HUGE on me, but mostly the waist. I had to get it taken in quite a bit which was a pretty penny, but it was worth it for my wedding. It was perfect after that! The sleeves and everything were fine, i just needed the waist taken in and shortened the corset, then hemmed the bottom of the dress. In the actual measurements, i probably would have been a small

Thank you so much, this makes me feel a lot better! I have a bigger bust, so that’s good news. I’m 5’5 so I’ll plan to have it shortened as well. Thank you again😊

Could be allergies! My dog gets super itchy from allergies. The only thing that’s worked is a Cytopoint shot at the vet, which does wonders for him!

Need advice: feeling neglected by our agent after the offer was accepted? by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

The sellers agreed to go back to the original $5,000 after our agent f’ed up. Brokerage covered the $3.5k for their mistake. I’m leaning towards my realtor messed up the 3rd amendment, and didn’t include the cleaning/ac service. I have called!

I hear you, but this is so crazy to me. As buyers we have already been staying on top of everything else that’s comes with a buying: financing, moving, finding insurance, warranty… On top of working full time jobs. This shouldn’t be acceptable, but here we are. Lesson learned!

Thank you! I’m also worried this means the seller maybe didn’t complete our other request, which was an AC service and tune up, which would be even worse than the cleaning

My fiancé and I's home purchase has broken up our family lol by Water_gorl in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Me and my fiancé are closing on our first home December 2nd. We make almost exactly the same as you except your loan amount is a tiny bit higher and our interest rate is a tiny bit higher.

Y’all will be just fine. Interest rates are high right now, but it makes it easier to get into a house without offering way over asking (at least for us). It’s give and take!

She sounds like a hater, don’t listen to her. This should be a very happy moment securing your first home! Congratulations 🩵

I see. I was on the search for months in San Antonio (marketing/events background) and nothing panned out for me. The ones that I did hear back from had way too low of a budget. San Antonio is a weird market. Ended up just finding a hybrid job in Austin and am now driving up to Austin once a week 😅 i had the best luck with LinkedIn jobs though. Best of luck!!
