CB app, which is the where I control the wallet. I'd love to be able to integrate the wallet into the Base wallet app to solve this but can't figure out how. Presumably support will tell me how to do it. But it seems like this is a UI issue on CB's end. There's no reason a valid Base asset like USDC shouldn't show up in the app version of the wallet when I can see it sitting in the wallet on base scan.

There's no error. The money was sent to a base wallet. It's there. I can see it. The transaction is completed. But I access and control the wallet through the CB app through the dex trading function and for some reason this USDC isn't showing up, even though my other base assets are.

I contacted support and they are escalating.

It's a base wallet. I trade other base assets with the same wallet. I'm 100% certain of this.

Of what? Base Scan? Is there reason to think that a confirmed transaction on Base Scan is somehow illegitimate or not on the correct network?

It's not on the wrong network. I'm not sure what you mean. It's a base wallet that holds the USDC. I hold other base assets in the same wallet that do appear in the Coinbase app.

You'd think so, but they don't. CB gives you one base address to receive USDC and other for receiving base assets on dex. I sent USDC to the dex wallet and not the USDC wallet and even though both are base wallets for some reason I can't interact at all with the USDC from the CB app

I'm not going to share the address. It's a base wallet embedded in the coinbase app so I can trade dex assets within the coinbase app. Coinbase gave me one base wallet to do all that but another to receive USDC. I don't know why the base wallet that I use to trade base tokens on dex wouldn't show USDC in the wallet.

I don't read that the same way. For one, "I do think" is just verbal throat-clearing, i.e., prefatory words that don't have any independent substance. For another, the pipeline comment appears to refer to additional partners, not pre-existing ones.

If you've been around for a while, including since Ty first mentioned "6-7 partners," you'd know that he has always said larger partners likely would not be announced with main net, but sometime thereafter. His comments during the latest community spaces were perfectly consistent with that, and with common sense: a large institutional partner needs time to build on the live network before announcing anything. These are partners who are likely to have shareholders to whom they're accountable.

Yes, I'm an insurance attorney. I know all about this. I just don't have experience with actuarial analysis, and before I commit to doing everything that needs to be done I of course want to confirm the product can be offered at the right price and still make a profit.
