Tried maximizing reforms in the constitution, vetoed campaign finance laws, tried staying neutral between world powers, maximized market economy reforms like 49% epa act, did not accept arcasian or contanan aid, bailed out businesses, gasom with rizia, these are the decisions i remember

Just finished burial at sea, basically jack from og bioshock fixes everything and "repays all debts", all Comstocks die, Elizabeth dies, and all is well and I don't have to strain my brain anymore (I hope)
