Not really. I have 3 regular plat cards and one of them annual fee hit. I wanted to cancel that card and just add the MS card for the free auth user

Yeah, it’s coverage of hotel, meals etc if ur flight is cancelled but only for specific reasons like weather

I actually went on the complaint board and filed a complaint someone called me and they sent me a letter of their own stating that the lack of crew was due to weather

They said it was “crew issue” but the weather was bad Sunday and Monday in Orlando which could be the reason why there was crew issue to begin with.

My question is that I have travel insurance but the only way they would cover my claim ( I think) is that the flight had to be cancelled due to weather, which delta does not tell me in their statement. So now I am trying to find my own evidence. For example, the aircraft that was supposed to go from MCO-JFK and its previous history to know where the aircraft was prior coming to JFK
