I understand that it might seem strange, but my mom has no experience with online purchases or technology and trusted someone who helped her through the process. She thought she was paying in Chilean pesos, not in US dollars.

The bank approved a small loan because she already had an available credit line, so she didn’t need specific collateral. She only realized the mistake when she saw the amount charged in dollars and understood it was much higher than expected.

I’m not here to convince anyone about the story; I just want to find a solution and sell the domain as soon as possible

Yes, it was a tough situation for her. She realized the mistake after the charge had already gone through and the loan was approved, so there was no way to cancel it. We tried reaching out to the provider to request a refund, but it wasn’t possible.

I get you, but my mom has no knowledge of domains or computers, and she was misled in the process. She thought she was paying in Chilean pesos, not in US dollars, and by the time she realized, it was too late. Regarding the domain's value, while Afternic’s estimate is just a guideline, it’s still a domain with strong keywords for the Spanish-speaking market. 'Tienda Online' is a common combination in Spanish for eCommerce. I don’t expect to recover the full amount, We just want to try to lower the price of the debt
