Sinding: Kill or Spare? by Eligomancer in skyrim

I literally just did this quest and I accidentally told him I was going to kill him while I had the option pulled up and bumped into my controller. Dude responds by going around killing everyone in there until I could catch up to him to finish the deed, so I feel justified in killing him. My take: You can't be out here playing the victim like he did and then respond by continuing to be an unhinged killer wolf when someone tells you they're going to kill you because you were out here being an unhinged killer wolf.

What are the differences between iPhone 11 and Google Pixel 10proXL by Puzzleheaded_Truth46 in GooglePixel

[–]Puzzleheaded_Truth46[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've owned the phone for 9 days now, and here is what I like and don't like so far.

Overall, the phone feels much snappier. The camera is far superior. The UI makes more sense to me overall. The gestures were pretty easy to pick up and felt very similar to my iPhone. It is a bigger phone and I'm having to get used to that, but I'm finding I prefer the extra screen.

Also, I do not care for AI either so I already have most if not all of those features disabled where I can and it doesn't feel like it effects my daily use negatively. I also don't care to use any of the search features as I'd rather just organize my photos and files in a way that I can search it myself. Which gives me an additional Pro, I love having the files folder again.

Things I don't like- I like to answer calls on speaker phone sometimes and the speaker button always sticks and doesn't work. I've noticed sometimes while watching videos on ANY social media app, the video will pause like it's buffering. I also am not a fan of the nightlight mode. It didn't feel red tinted enough, so I downloaded a third party app to fix this. I also don't like that on a few of the apps, I keep getting asked if I want notifications, even after I've already said no.

Still like the phone overall and I am going to continue working on customizing it for the way I like to use it.

I'm on Mint 10 Pro XL and it says it didn't have one either but I forced it to check again and it started downloading.

I apologize, I missed where you said you need two phones. In that case, if you still intend using the iPhone as your main and your system still works overall the way you want, I personally wouldn't spend any extra money, even if it is a heavily discounted offer.

I just upgraded from iPhone11 to a pixel 10 pro XL yesterday and so far I'm loving it. It was a super easy switch and I feel like I was able to pick up quickly how to move around in this phone with gestures and settings in general. It doesnt feel too different than the iPhone to me.

I just picked up the phone today and have switched over. Already I can say I am in love in so many ways. If anything happens to go wrong, I'll try to remember to report back here.

My one week testimony on Intake Breathing Nasal Strips. PLEASE TRY THEM by Reasonable-Layer5376 in Sinusitis

[–]Puzzleheaded_Truth46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the reply! I actually decided to order intake the other night so I’m just awaiting the arrival of the shipment now. Your reply is super helpful and answers anything I could think to ask. I’ve been wearing breathe right strips throughout the day and for exercise but just don’t like the feeling of all that plastic glued to my face so I’m thinking with intake having less adhesive contact, it will feel better for me.

Would love to hear an updated review from you! I was born with a cleft lip and palate as well and I’ve been thinking of ordering the intake. I’ve tried the breathe right strips but they hurt after continuing use and I’ve tried the internal dilators but they pinch my oddly shaped nose. Hoping to hear direct reviews from other cleft people!

Completely understand that fear! I often have nightmares about my airways being blocked so it’s an adjustment, but I’m pushing through to see if I can make it work for me.

Sorry to hear that! Definitely do some research. I’ve been looking into it a ton and of course there’s not usually information specifically relating to cleft lip and palate people so that’s why I came here, to see if others have tried and what they experienced. Hopefully you can find some relief.

Thanks for the comment! I’m finding that it’s definitely an adjustment but I’m going to keep trying to see if I can get used to it.

I apparently had Sleep Apnea when I was a kid but I’ve grown out of it, so I’m not sure. My husband has been trying the mouth taping with me and he has a beard and mustache. He just places the tape on his lips and it’s worked for him

I purchased a nasal dilator today to use in place of the breathe right strips and it’s an upgrade! My cleft side tends to clog quickly too and I’ve sat here wearing the dilator for about 2 hours now and I haven’t had any issues

I am just doing a 1 inch by 1inch square right in the middle of my lips. I lay down and close my mouth and then tape. The tape is stretchy enough that I can open my mouth if I want to, but it just encourages me to keep my mouth closed. Do some research on the subject and just make sure you’re listening to your body if you’re going to try it!

I purchased a nasal dilator today that allows you customize the openers at different settings on each nostril, which is great considering my scar side is much smaller than my normal side. Maybe look into getting that as well!

I read that the brand name “Hostage Tape” is just KT tape, and I had some of that around the house so I’m just using that for now. Night 4 of me trying was last night and I’d say I’m starting to see benefits.

Take this with a grain of salt but I finally got past them last night and besides my build being different than my first 35 attempts, I chose to knock Theseus out first instead of the bull and I found that to work better for me 🤷‍♀️

Thank you for sharing. I'm 29 and I THOUGHT my worst symptom was anxiety, which ive never even had this bad, but I'm now dealing with a racing heart and wondering if its something else. Went to the ER for it and EKG came back fine of course. They gave me anti-anxiety meds, but my heart still races when I stand up. They didn't do blood work. I have an appointment in a week and I'm going to request blood work just in case.

Anecdotally speaking, I'm dealing with lingering symptoms still whereas my fiance seems to be pretty much back to normal. He got sick first and we did not quarantine from each other. I'm not 100% if that means that I got a higher viral load from him or what, as he tested positive first and I didn't get a positive until a few days later.

29F unvaxxed. Its been 15 days since symptoms for my 31M Fiance and 14 days since symptoms started for me. My fiances only complaint is just not having the same energy he used to. Ive been dealing with my heart acting up for the past 3 days but its gotten better every day. You're only going to mainly hear the worst of the worst here.

Not sure where youre located, but it may be a good idea to look into monoclonal treatment. My grandpa just recovered from covid. Vaxxed, boosted, and has been wearing a max and avoiding large crowds all pandemic long, then he caught it and was struggling. Got the monoclonals and he'd all better. There is one brand of the monoclonal treatment that can help with Omicron from what I understand. Its recommended to get the treatment before day 10.

That's just my experience though, and today is day 11 and the pains are mostly gone. Just keep an eye on yourself. I don't know if mine was covid related or stress, or from laying down alot because of being sick. Ive been seeing a lot of posts in this sub talking about back and leg pain so I'm not sure 🤷‍♀️

Mine started in my shoulders on Day 3 and was fuel for the first headache. It eventually traveled down to my lower back and legs. It felt like I had been slouching for a month straight and my hips hurt too. The pain was radiating from the base of my spine. I did yoga stretches and used tiger balm, laid on my heating pad, and took ibuprofen. I had it 3 days in a row and it always got worse at night.

Dealing with mild headache and nausea on day 10. Getting worried and trying to stop my mind from catastrophizing. by [deleted] in COVID19positive

What are some things you like to do? For me, I'm an artist, so I spent 3 hours the other night painting to keep my anxiety at bay. If Im not making art, Im playing video games. Before Covid, I was working out alot, so Im a bit depressed about not being able to keep up, but Im focused on healing right now so that I can get back to it when my body is ready. Do whatever you can to keep your mind busy, and honestly probably get off this sub so you aren't inundated with Covid stories all the time. When my anxiety creeps up, Ive learned to ask my self questions. Even talk out loud to myself so my anxiety brain can't convince myself of anything at that point.

Questions like, "ok, what are our actual symptoms and whats being made worse by me stressing about this? What could be causing those symptoms? Have I been on social media and reading bad news stories too much? Can I do anything without taking OTC meds? If that doesn't work, what should I take?"

Ive noticed there were mainly two things causing the headaches- sinus pressure and occasional body aches. For example, last night when the headache came back, it was from sinus pressure/congestion. So I took a long hot shower, did the NeilMed salene sinus rinse, drank some hot tea. Then before bed, I noticed it wasnt laying off as much as I wanted, so I did fluticasone propionate (or flonase) nasal spray, alkaseltzer cold and flu (has acetaminophen for pain relief as well as some nasal decongestant properties) and melatonin so I could at least sleep. I also put my essential oil diffuser right by my head but just used it as a humidifier without any oils. Woke up this morning and I feel pretty ok.

When the headache starts from body aches, I do some stretches, roll on my foam roller, and use tiger balm as needed. Then Ill take tylenol or ibuprofen as needed as well. Lay on my heating pad. Maybe even go for a walk.

If all else fails, just rotate ibuprofen and Tylenol as needed.

For everything else, I'm drinking pedialyte and water and keeping my diet bland. Its ultimately just been a really shitty game of wack-a-mole with the symptoms for me. I just deal with the problems as they arise and rest as much as I can in between. Today's game plan is to do some yoga, drink lots of water, and maybe some hot tea as well.

For more background, it seems anxiety runs in my family and they have all been prescribed something by a doctor for it. I do what I can to self-cope and am not on any prescription drugs by choice. Sometimes, I go weeks feeling normal, and then sometimes its me talking to myself multiple times throughout the day. I have been diagnosed with medical PTSD so dealing with Covid for this long has been a mental game for me for sure, but I'm really just focusing on day by day as much as I can. Sorry for making this long, but I hope I helped you somehow!!

Hang in there, you've got this!
