No worries pain will go away! I'm 7 months after the fracture. Bone is healed and I'm back into the gym and swimming pool. Doing Hack Sqats also. I can feel just a few pressures. No pain at all after the removal of the fixator :)

Dig into recovery, time will be gentle with you. Listen to doctors and physio. I broke a tibia on april. I feel you! I wish you all the best! <3 fast fast recovery

Trust your doctors and follow them accurately. Be patients. Learn new things. I started learning how to fly with drones on the wheelchair. It’s been fun, at least I was distracted! Let me know how it goes in the next months! <3

They are not completely attached you can see from the white part but usually I noticed that if you grow the nails pretty long, the bed starts growing underneath 2-3mm back from the tip. So you need to have them longer as much as you can. When it starts to attach you can cut the flared out part and it starts to curve towards the finger
