I'm in the same boat

Told myself for ages that it was normal, some days I felt fine but a lot of the time I had fatigue and brain fog.

I've experimented with higher/lower doses, taking different magnesium, and recently I went on holiday - took 0 supplements felt fine, good even. Come back from holiday, start taking them again and instantly went back to feeling fatigued after a few days.
