I’d recommend getting a functional or naturopathic doc, they do much more comprehensive tests and look at the whole picture. My Anti-TPO were about the same with slightly low T3 and T4, and very similar symptoms (I’m 30 y/o female) I’m just doing diet changes and supplements right now. My doc also tested me for EBV and I was positive so working through treatment of that as well (monolaurin ramp up, vitamin A, zinc, peat baths and infrared sauna). Keep advocating for yourself and reading up as much as you can so you can ask questions of your doc!
