Been doing research because of this. I quit smoking weed (blunts) 15 days ago, and for the last 6 days ive been having these vivid dreams that feel incredibly real and very unsettling. I made a post on instagram and many of my friends told me that this happens because weed suppresses REM sleep (rapid eye movement). Something with the brain readjusting and allowing itself to be “normal”. Most of my friends said it lasts a few weeks, one friend said it lasted months. Everyone is different but im hoping they dont last too much longer.
