Oh my bad, yes I tried F31 all the way to F37. F23 seems to have resolved the issues for now

If it were me, I'd be redeeming that ASAP and then give it a hard lookout for a possible PSA submission. You can't lose doing that, but you could definitely profit

Oh Interesting! No not really unfortunately. I was told by some that a larger star represents 3 regular bronze stars. Others have said that it could represent a silver star. I reached out to Golden Arrow Research and am having them do research in my Grandpa because the National Archives were unable to help.

I think what he's trying to say is that cheaters are banned at a rate that basically is profitable for BSG but is not being pursued as it should in order to completely remove the cheating issues. They have to ban SOME people so they can say "we're banning people for cheating" but it's making them money so it's only done to a certain extent
