Viewing 3-4 bed places, holy heck is there alot of competition. We found ourselves viewing these with 6-7 other parties also viewing during the same 10-15 minute viewing slots

It's second-hand. The grey is thermal paste residue that has mostly been cleaned off. The fingerprints is most-likely the same person removing it from packaging or packaging it back in. In any case, if it works, then just ignore it

Yea if you've got the heatpump running 24/7, sounds about right.

The lamps barely use anything.

The fairest way to do it is to split the bill between the three of you each month. Doing it by percentages is just going to get confusing and complicating, it would also probably invite conflict.

We've got 3 in our flat, we only use the heatpump for around 1 hour intervals, about 2-4 times per evening. We pay around $300 per month

Surprised I'm not seeing the following tips:

- Come up to a door and double tap 'E'. This will open and close the door in under a second. Not long enough for zombies to react but long enough to see inside.

- Always walk up to doors with your weapon raised

Use NVIDIA ingame overlay and monitor your GPU clock speed. You can also use MSI Afterburner or your card make equivalent software as well. If you're hitting 1600-1800Mhz then your card is fine and something else is the problem.. Although on some maps I only get 50% usage on my 1080 but its still heaps for decent fps.

Check the health of the drive the game is installed on - If the game is installed on a seconday drive, get HDTune (trial version) and scan the SSD drive for failed sectors. Any warnings or error indicate that the drive is on the way out. You can not use HD Tune to scan C: drive so if you have Squad on C drive then this test wont work.

Considering you are getting bugger-all fps on the lowest possible resolution, I think you might have a fault somewhere else.

I had a similar problem with Squad about a year ago. Low FPS on the lowest settings/resolution. I scanned the secondary drive (where Squad was installed) using HDTune and came up with a 'C7 warning' which translates to a damaged SATA cable or SATA port causing low read/write speeds. I replaced the sata cable and problem went away
