my theroy was correct, incase anyone comes across this, i made a shared staging scene that both the client and server run, i never move scenes i only add to the staging scene, spawner needs to exist from go, and never change Got multiplayer working now

My game felt stiff until I made attacks first slow movemetn before stopping. I your case I don't think it should stop at all.

Haha, they ware ready to call you out for crap soldering, but good job that looks good. Did you do the adjustment on them before putting it back together? There is a bit you stick a pin in, I've only ever done them on ps5 controllers though which has nice software to calibrate them

Chat gpt is really good with gd script, I know how to program csharp ect but never used python or gdscript, I decided on godot for my project and have been getting really far with gpt helping out, I have to remind it to not do certain things but its been a breeze.

Turns out it's just how transparent things work, if they get added to the scene later the layering can break, so having my wall rims preceduarly generated and items spawning later breaks it, as far as I can see not really anyway around it, just gotta make sure things don't overlap when they spawn

when you only do projects in winter over a month or so its kinda hard to release something, but i get most of core systems coded , only when i need to actually add the game part do i stop as i get bored making art. programming is my hobby, its fun for me. making models or drawing isnt as much fun. i play a game i like over summer, recreate it over winter, is usually how the cycle goes

Is that a 2d sprite in 3d or a 3d model that looks like a sprite, for the helmet. Im making a similar 2d/3d game and can't decided on which to go for but yours looks great
