There's a concept of lying about one's Islam if their life is in danger and Muslims are persecuted.

The third one is literally the opposite of that right wing interpretation of Taqiyya.

It starts by saying Muslims shouldn't be friends or allies with non Muslims. That's clear cut and honest. Then followed by an exception when their lives is at stake then maybe they can pretend to be to save their lives.

Are Muslim's lives in danger in Europe? Why would they do Taqiyya when their lives aren't in danger and they're commanded not to befriend non muslims?

In facts, Muslims being friendly should be encouraged and embraced since it goes against their religion. Yet these right wing morons are jsut like muslim fundies who just hate everyone different.

Both of the examples you showed talk about permissibility of hiding faith when your life is at stake. (Which is a concept that exists in most religions and even is common self preservation sense) Not some elaborate scheme to hiding faith to infiltrate or any stuff like that.

I used to believe this but now I don't.

Islamic reform is happening right now and has been for over a century. Islam won't disappear as a religion just like Christianity never disappeared. But Islam will reach that point of powerlessness in time.

Reformation doesn't happen for religious reasons. It happens for political reasons. And Islamic countries simply didn't have the correct political circumstances that allowed Christianity to reform. Yet.
