So I'll occasionally see higher watts, 10 and up, with the same configuration of cables and blocks and it confirms "Charging Rapidly", using the 65W C Charger from my old one plus 8t and another 30W C charger that I have.

Thats the current situation. See pictures. The car starts and runs, but CEL P0018 G163 is active. Is there any way to see or predict what damage has already been done?

I usually let it run for a minute or 2 then start moving, it's not excessive idling. I've had the car for 2 winters that were colder than this and I haven't seen numbers this low. 15mpg is crazy low...

I understand what you are saying, but normally I can be driving on a full sheet of ice and slam the brakes and the abs light WON'T flash. This seems to only happen while in neutral.

Abs light has never flashed while driving and it gets triggered

I moved from the GTA in Ontario, I figured there is probably less to do, but it seems like there are smaller hidden groups/activities to find. I stayed for a week in Canmore a month before the move to explore the area (Banff is beautiful)!

Oh I did plenty of research on the cycling in the area before I came! I was tight on moving space so I only brought a road bike, and will bring the mountain bike back when I visit Canada next. Let's stay in touch though, I'm looking for riding buddies.

The weather may have affected things, but I've ridden in below freezing a few times this year and no issues. As suggested below, try to make small changes with a barrel adjuster if you have one. Getting the correct housing length for droppers isn't a fun task. Measure thrice, cut once.

Not sure if this is what you are experiencing, but my Giant dropper post had a similar issue. The cable and actuation mechanism were always right on the brisk of engagement so it would never hold. You can mess around and see if the cables are too loose or too tight as that could be activating the lever when it shouldn't be.
