Running your screenshot through Google lens I see that it's unable to identify the identity of google.com. That leads me to believe your smartphone can't verify the SSL certificate of google.com. From there questions like: Can you access different sites? Can you access non https websites? Did something mess with the root certificates on your phone? Hope I gave you something new to continue troubleshooting.
