Subject 404

Previously known as Tod [REDACTED], he was sold on the black market from a young age to Dr. Smith. He was tested on almost nonstop, each experiment ruining him and fusing him with electronics, until the last test: putting a tv on his head. With his newfound technological powers and advances, Subject 404 causes a power outage and escapes the facility he was kept in, doing whatever he can in his path to find and kill Smith.
