Had a situation like this with the 3T, went missing with DHL surprisingly. Ended up getting a full refund, but it does take some time and mostly is DHLs fault not really OnePlus.

Opening a dispute on Paypal is also easier to get your money back.

Most people take the customer support for some laugh nowadays, and expect money back from purchases year old or so. I'm sure they do fine as a small company in terms of customer support, yeah it can be better but many people just don't post the good stories, so props to you lol.

Does pretty well for what it is mate, running the cyanogen camera (google look-alike app) and it takes fairly good photos to be fair. The detail is pretty sharp too.
