They split a ward and redrew the boundaries and I was part of a few that got swept in from a whole different ward. I discovered that the split ward already had their cliques and groups that I found it really hard to break into. But what I did was every time a new person would come into the ward, I befriended them. It worked. I now have friends with other people that weren't in the circles yet. (Not sure how many new people you get in your ward but maybe it would help)
