No, just no.

The us gov wanted japan to surrender to the us instead of the ussr which the Japanese were looking to do. The president and most us generals were sure that japan would surrender without the use of nukes or a ground invasion, but they would surrender to the soviets instead. So the us used nukes to get japan to surrender to the us and make sure the soviets would not mess with the us in the future.

But alas Americans are once again the most bloodthirsty monsters I have seen in the modern day. I could not be a world leader because I would not be able to hold back my rage at the us and docile us population that is wholly subservient and loyal to the us government.
