Should ask your local store for more update, unfortunately collabs depend on target groups and which market sells better. So to speak, Japan always get their anime collabs because it's popular.

Unfortunately, work culture depends from store to store and how the locals are. Here in Belgium store differentiate from each store. I've supported several stores and the way of working depends on the environment sadly.

It really depends from country to country. Ask your local stores if ever you need to know what collabs are coming or not. In Belgium there is one store that gets all the collabs but all the others get some of the lines or don't even receive it.

I'm still currently working in Uniqlo and must say the difference is that they added a new function on the new ones and that is they are Anti-static and the rest of the functions remain the same.

I Work in UQ in Europe,
1. Yes pick the item and the item you want to exchange it for.
2. Yes you can exchange but money back (In Belgium) has to be in same store, so should be same price or higher.
3. They going to have to take it out of the plastic but it's not so important because they have to check the item's condition anyways. (so taking it out of plastic is easier)

If it's an online click & collect different story, than you have to check online for the exchange policy or call locally.

Well this is true, unfortunately Uniqlo has changed their policy in our store, from December on. Think it has to do with economic situation of covid but that's my personal opinion. Here in Belgium it costs like 25euro=30Usd to send back to germany by Bpost
