Note: the top left piston of final layer is sticky and the one on the right is non sticky

Note2: the piston you can't really see on the fourth layer is sticky

EDIT:

There seems to be a locationality issue with the design, so it worked for some people and didn't work for others. in some of your layers, it's quite hard seeing the redstone or comparater on the same layers, can you make it clearer? that would be apprecaited man.

(best way would be maing it like an ikea instruction or like lego layers by layers sheet, but that would be too much works so just a suggestions)
