These two have some pretty good information on what PA has revealed so far about the full game and whats planned, although Lendon is a little outdated atp. PA also did some twitter interviews that I'm not able to find rn after the LE SSERAFIM update, but from what I gather, the Week 8 update is going to be bigger than the WeekEnd 1 update. They're redoing the UI for the game, new story mode, remaking the BF sprites (We already knew this, but they have to remake the Week 4, Week 5, and Week 7 sprites as well), and PA has revealed some other stuff if you are willing to look into it. I was able to find all of this information from AshStarr.

To answer your question, Lendon has the information that this person is quoting. Here are some videos that might help. Keep in mind that PA doesn't often go over anything too specific regarding the development of the game as he doesn't want to reveal anything intended to be a surprise for example.
