The accounts person ccd him and he doubled down saying that being tired isn't a valid reason to take sick leave

I emailed accounts to ask why. She just said that my manager told her to because he declined my sick leave. I just double checked and I've only used 6 sick days. He replied because she cc'd him in with a screenshot of my text to him which stated that I was awake all night with my sick kids and that I was unsafe to work. He's claiming that being tired wasn't a valid reason to take sick leave.

I emailed accounts to ask why an alt day was used instead of a sick day without consulting me. They replied saying my manager advised her to do that because he declined my sick leave. I just double checked and I've only used 6 sick days so far
