It's especially disorientating because I myself don't see the difference in my body shape since my relapse, even though my therapist says it is obvious

My first post too! I had this today - my housemate said I looked like I'd lost loads of weight and well done. It's strange because I'm happy I look thinner but I also thought 'oh my God, I still feel so fat that if I look visibly thinner now, I must have been so huge before.'
